• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking
• Balance owing is due on the day of the charter
• If Charter is cancelled within 1 week of the charter, the full amount will be billed to the client's credit card.
• Smoking is only allowed in Designated areas
• $ 100.00 will be billed to clients who require an EXTRA clean-up service.
• Limo on the Lake (LimoOnTheLake.com) is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
• Captains may terminate services at their discretion if the passengers do not follow the company terms
          and conditions.
• Passengers must be prepared at scheduled pick up and drop off times in order to avoid extra charges
• Captain and Host Gratuity is at the client's discretion.
• Reservations changes may not be available on last minute requests.
• Limo on the Lake (LimoOnTheLake.com) reserves the right to terminate services due to major weather
          conditions.
